# How to Manage Multiple MikroTik Hotspot Routers in One Platform

> Mikhmon Pro lets you manage routers across multiple locations from one account. Select the intended instance and router session before checking the hotspot or changing its settings.

## Steps

1. Each router operates on a dedicated subdomain workspace with its own configuration and credentials.
2. Check the instance and router session names before creating vouchers or changing settings so changes apply to the intended location.
3. Check the selected router session and package profile before creating vouchers for another branch.
4. Centralizes hotspot administration across geographic branch offices without managing multiple web servers.

**Pro tip.** Deploy a central WireGuard gateway so branch routers behind carrier-grade NAT connect seamlessly via internal tunnel IPs.

## Name sessions after locations

Use distinct session names such as North-Counter and Market-Counter. Record the VPN address and dedicated RouterOS account for each location. Avoid identical router identities across branches.

Before generating vouchers, match the session name, router identity, and package profile. Identically named profiles can have different rules on different routers.

## When only one branch is unreachable

Check that branch’s VPN and API first. Other reachable routers show the application is available, but do not establish that the failing branch has a working route.

Team sign-in and router selection are separate concerns. Do not assume membership restricts a person to one router or creates a cashier role without checking the available permissions.
