# Mikhmon V3 Download: APK, Windows, or Online?

> Mikhmon V3 is a PHP web app, so there is no official standalone APK. You can run it on Windows or Android with a local PHP server, on your own hosting, or online with Mikhmon Online without downloading anything.

## Steps

1. Windows: download Mikhmon V3 from the official GitHub repository and run it with a local PHP server such as XAMPP.
2. Android: run the Mikhmon files in a PHP server app such as KSWEB or Termux. Most APKs called Mikhmon wrap a PHP server or come from third parties.
3. Hosting, VPS, or Docker: run Mikhmon on your own server and connect that server to the router over VPN.
4. Online: create a Mikhmon at mikhmon.pro, pick V3 or V5, and open it from any browser. Free for 30 days with 1 router.

**Pro tip.** Download only from sources you trust. Mikhmon stores router passwords, so an APK or ZIP from an unknown site can leak them.

## Why is there no official Mikhmon APK?

Mikhmon V3 is written in PHP and opened in a browser. It needs a web server that keeps running so it can talk to the RouterOS API on your router.

So a Mikhmon APK usually means one of two things. It is either a PHP server app on the phone that runs the Mikhmon files, or a third-party app that copies the look. Both stop when the phone sleeps for long, the battery dies, or the system closes the app.

## Ways to run Mikhmon compared

A Windows laptop or PC costs nothing, but Mikhmon stops when the laptop shuts down or sleeps.

An Android phone is handy for quick checks, but Android often stops background apps, so pages fail to open.

Your own hosting or VPS stays on around the clock, but you look after PHP, HTTPS, updates, and the VPN to the router.

Mikhmon Online runs around the clock on mikhmon.pro servers with its own HTTPS address and nothing to install. After 30 free days it starts at Rp10,000 a month.

## V3 or V5?

Mikhmon V3 is the classic version most voucher sellers and neighbourhood ISPs use. If you are not sure, start with V3.

Mikhmon Online also offers V5, a rebuilt version with a new interface. You can switch later with Reset instance on your account page.

## Use the upstream download

Obtain V3 from its author’s source. It needs a PHP server; the project files are not a standalone Android APK installer.

On Windows, extract the files into a PHP environment you manage and open its local address. On Android or Termux, the local server must keep running; test what happens when the screen sleeps before relying on it.

### Is Mikhmon free?

Mikhmon V3 is free and open source under the GPL. What costs money is where it runs, such as your own hosting or a Mikhmon Online plan from Rp10,000 a month.

### Does Mikhmon V3 work with RouterOS 7?

Yes. Mikhmon uses the RouterOS API found in RouterOS 6 and 7. RouterOS 7.10 and later use a new date format, and Mikhmon Online already adjusts its expiry and report scripts for it.

### Does the router need a public IP?

No. If Mikhmon runs outside the router's network, connect the two over VPN and enter the router's VPN IP as its address in Mikhmon.
